This also applies to yearly subscriptions. If you renew your yearly Pro subscription, you are only securing the upload time you had previously. You can always easily remove and add new tracks within these total upload minutes. SoundCloud Pro plans can't be combined , so for example: if you purchase a Pro subscription, it will not add an additional 6 hours to your account. If you're upgrading from a Free account to Pro, it will add 3 hours to the upload limit of your account, as the Free account includes 3 hours of space and the Pro account includes 6 hours of space. Because there isn't an option to add extra upload minutes to your upload limit, you will need to upgrade to a Pro Unlimited subscription if you want more than 6 hours of upload space. If you need more room on your account, visit our Pro page to upgrade to Pro Unlimited. Please note : When you downgrade to a free plan, we will not delete anything from your account. The oldest uploads exceeding the limits of the free account will be hidden.

Your upload allowance
One of the most influential streaming platforms in the music industry, SoundCloud, has helped to kick-start the careers of many previously unknown artists. The open audio platform once started as a website for upcoming artists to upload their tracks, but has evolved to a platform with advertisements for revenue and an option for paid subscriptions. However, the website now has million registered users and continues to function as the main track sharing platform for new artists. Pro users will be provided with much deeper insights than the basic statistics. This means you can find out which users and pages are playing your tracks the most, and see which influencers, labels, and artists are listening to your music. Furthermore, you can see the location of your listeners, making it easier for you to plan your next tour, for example. You can even find out the number of plays on a track per app, and per website, giving you even more insights into the popularity of each of your releases. To provide Pro users with more creative freedom, SoundCloud gives them the possibility to turn comments and public stats on or off. Your visitors will find their way to your best tracks faster this way. When you become a Pro user, your profile is given a verification mark, making your profile look a bit more legitimate.
If you want more features and upload time, you will need to upgrade to a Pro Unlimited account. You can read more about what the Pro Unlimited plan has to offer here. If you are currently on a yearly Pro subscription but want to upgrade to a yearly Pro Unlimited membership, you will be charged a pro-rated difference between the two prices.
